How many times have you heard that? Hmph. Like I needed to ask right?
A peek into our household from last night:
Einstein is just d-r-a-g-g-i-n-g around the kitchen as he's pulling the trash and recyclables out. I've already washed all the dishes and was starting to wipe down the counters... 'cept now he was in my way.
"Jeez, Einstein. Can you move a little faster, please?" (No, not even trying to hide my irritation.)
"But I'm tired, Mom.... Have you ever done wrestling?" he asks me.
"No..." I reply. "But I've worked 2 jobs trying to raise a kid as a single mom."
Pause.
"When I was still a kid."
Shut that mutha up, didn't I?
